Strategies that were planned to manage student learning in a technology-enhanced environment is to access prior knowledge of the capabilities with the computer. To help the students become familiar with the software that is being presented for the activity. Helping the students step-by-step with any difficulties that the students might have with the hardware or accessing the proper folders with the software.

The plan for the management of technology resources within the context of learning activities is to be used as an aid for the students. To help the students become familiar with technology with the classroom so they are able to understand the benefits of technology. However, giving them the proper knowledge of use, care, and knowledge of understanding that technology is expanding in their lives.

Technology-enhanced instructional strategies are applied to help meet the diverse students needs by giving the capabilities to excel within the classroom. Technology has given students the ability to learn various ways and also to be taught in various ways. Many of the technological devises that have helped students within the classroom have given them a voice, eyes, or ears so they may excel within their academic grades.

Goals explicitly align with national, state, or local standards according to what students need to know and be able to do by the end of the grade year. These goals help students growth so they can excel within their academic level.

Goals meet the needs of the students development by assessing their prior knowledge, their ability or understand of what is being taught within the lesson being presented. This helps students development so their knowledge of academic achievement as well as personal growth is expanded.

The goals of a lesson should state what the lesson will be focusing on and addressed within the lesson. The goals help the students to apply their focus on the main focus of the lesson so they can learn within the activities that are planned.

The goals of a lesson have to be challenging and significant according to the grade level of the student  and the lesson that is being taught. The levels of learning are addressed within the lesson according to the students knowledge of the lesson and how will they are comprehending the lesson.
